I'm an MCP graduate (Boston). I will say MCP. Why? You'll learn once you hit the the 6th year that your rotations end up being at one of the best hospitals in the world, thus giving you leeway and connections to do things like fellowship or residency if that's what you're headed towards.

(Most of my rotations were at famous places and I made strong enough connections and clinical knowledge to land me to where I am now)

boston vs rural virginia. I know which one has a better lifestyle. Cost of living will be a huge difference thou. Plus - well, neither has a great academic reputation as far as I know (at least ACP doesn't) - don't know a lot about MCPS

I've worked on both coasts and have never met a ACP grad.

I have never met a grad from either school outside of midyear - and I work within a few hours drive of ACP
