Just wanted to ask, as an MD can I apply for DO radiology programs?

If it is possible what are the pros and cons of doing so?

You can not apply to DO programs as an MD.

As stated above, you can not apply to a DO program.

Many DO's interested in radiology would kill for an allopathic spot. As an allopathic candidate you have a de facto edge over a similarly qualified osteopathic candidate. Why would you want to do this in the first place? 😕 Besides the majority of the DO programs are not well known.
