If there are programs that do exist, it most likely a fluke to just get your $$$, so be careful!
WHY would you want to change it anyway? A doctor is a doctor is a doctor nonetheless! Its like a DDS wanting to change their degree to a DMD! What for when you are both doing the same thing anyway!
