Okay 1 more thing...copied this from my previous thread to make it its own since I'm hoping for a quick answer so I can submit today...
If we're interested in pursuing an MS degree or taking a year out for biomedical research and obtaining the MS degree (schools such as VCU, Toledo, Duke, Pitt have this option)...do we check the MD/MS option under graduate options in AMCAS, and not "MD only?" I was thinking no, since you can apply to the program while in med school and write about this interest in secondaries, but I didn't want to close a door on something by not checking it.....
I can't believe I've come up with so many questions when I'm about to submit!!
