Could someone help me with a question I got for the SDN links page please? - Nancy

"The site has a link to nigms.nih.gov
which lists 38 schools in the NIH-funded MSTP program. But that program's limited to citizens and has other restrictions.
Is there a list or link to institutions that have MD/PhD programs funded by other sources. (I think, for example, that Mayo and Stanford have programs for MD/PhD candidates who aren't funded by NIH.)
Thanks, in advance for your attention and help."

Dont know about Mayo or Stanford, but UIUC (Univ. of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) has a non MSTP MD/PhD program.

Well, I believe that besides those 38 schools, most other schools have MD-PhD programs, and most of them have fundings of one sort or another. I'm from Boston University School of Medicine, and I got funding for my MD-PhD that wasn't from NIH.
