Does the speaker in this video mean to say that NADH is a "allosteric regulator" because it binds to a molecule and changes that molecule's shape?

She seems to be speaking of le chatelier's principle instead of allosteric regulation. Can anyone clarify?

I haven't taken biochemistry. This is close enough to MCAT material that I'm really confused now. Thanks!

I am not sure if this is really about le chatelier's principle, since I am not very good with chemistry. However, I believe she is correct in saying that NADH is an allosteric inhibitor. It is correct to say this is feedback inhibition. This type of feedback inhibition seems to be of a non-competitive nature, since NADH is acting on the allosteric sites of those specific enzymes in the kerbs cycle. So NADH is most likely changing the shape of the active site through the allosteric site. Thus slowing down the kerbs cycle. I hope this helps.
