When we choose our 3 most meaningful experiences, on average, what should be the minimum number of years we were involved in it? Also should we fill out ALL 15 of the spaces for experiences if we have them or would that look like we stretched ourselves too thin? Do those 15 experiences have to be over an extended period of time?

Concerning the 15 spaces, it's an agreement here on SDN that its not necessary and no one knows who came up with that suggestion. I believe the meaningful experience is what you make of it - there is more credibility to why a particular activity is meaningful if there have been a substantial amount of time invested into the activity for sure but that is not a mandatory precursor to meaningfulness imo

Length of time doesn't necessarily equal meaningful. Pick things that were actually meaningful to you.

And no, you don't need to have all 15 spaces filled out.
