I've got an interview for this TY program. Their website isn't the most helpful. Another thread highlighted crap hours, but that they'd fixed the year-round Q4 call by adding night floats. Can anyone give an impression of what it's like to intern there now? Also, are they agreeable to giving you decent elective time in the specialty you eventually want to pursue? Or are they mainly looking for monkeys...
