You do not need to retake your MCAT. You could add a few more schools such as:
Tulane
Creighton
St. Louis
Oakland Beaumont
Temple
Jefferson
New York Medical College
Hofstra
Quinnipiac

126 CARS will not screen you out if that is your only MCAT.
I count 6 schools on your list where you have a fair to good chance of an interview.
That's a bit scanty for a CA applicant.
Consider some of @Faha's choices as well as Miami, BU and Rochester.

@gyngyn By scanty are you referring to my EC's or my MCAT score or both? Do you think I should retake my MCAT?

Your MCAT is fine. The schools on your list that might interview you is scanty.

@gyngyn Oh ok thanks for the help!! Last thing, do you think it is realistic for me to apply to USC, UCLA, UCI, UCSF, and UCSD? Or should I just focus on applying to more out of state schools?

You know you are going to apply to them anyway!
I should know (I did it too).
