If I am accepted, I will need to send the medical school a deposit to save my seat. These can be as high as 2000, but I have heard they will go towards the first years tuition. How does this work with financial aid? Do we get reimbursements?

Ummmm....it goes to first semster's tuition at most schools. As far as financial aid...deposits have nothing to do with it.
YOu get reimbersed in the sense that say you paid a $100 deposit, well your first semester's refund check would be $100 more than what you woudl expect...then again it's all cancelled out by any shots and other fees you ahve to pay they might get you with.
