So i've read/heard what medical school is like from people here and people I've met. But no ones ever mentioned to me what the professors are like. Are they encouraging? Are they fair? Are they jerks?
So i've read/heard what medical school is like from people here and people I've met. But no ones ever mentioned to me what the professors are like. Are they encouraging? Are they fair? Are they jerks?
Yeah, they're pretty encouraging. I would say more so than undergrad professors because the exams are usually pass/fail and they know that whatever we learn we do it for the benefit of the patients down the line. Since classes are pass fail, there are fewer students arguing with the professors over bonus points, so this makes everyone more laidback.
