No grades no tests sounds quite nice right now

Most Feminist: Rosalind Franklin University (CMS, only med school named after a woman)

If by easy, you mean the best med school to be at with the lowest stress than you are correct. Id rather have an "Easy" med school, learn a lot, do well on the boards, and match into a great spot than say have a "hard" med school, learn a lot, do well on the boards, and match into a great spot.

There are tests and grades, the grades just don't matter.

Why dont the grades matter? This has interested me somewhat. Could somone expatiate a little on the grading system at Yale?
