I was wondering which certificates would you recommend in getting in the industry? It is mainly to get work within the industry and get some experience behind me as we'll as some knowledge. Is there any specific certificate program you might suggest?

Yea, like EMT basically anything that'll give me some fac time with patients and/or clinical experience. Not only will it help finance school it'll help me get ahead of myself.

On top of those certs already mentioned - BLS, ACLS. better yet, be an instructor for these

How do I go about being an instructor? And are there anymore certificates in the healthcare industry?

Someone with no medical experience has absolutely no business being an ACLS instructor. Even being a BLS instructor is a stretch.

Truth. At most become an AHA CPR instructor, but if you don't have enough medical or prehospital experience then becoming an ACLS instructor is dumb.

Given the benefit of a doubt that op will actually stick to a medical related job for 1~4 years while in UG - why not; just throwing in ideas here.

Because the OP would fail the course.

ACLS is not an enrichment course to learn in.It is a course for those who actively practice in the clinical setting, preferably in the critical care arena.

Getting certified in CPR is not a bad idea...ACLS is a waste of time and money, and really not appropriate.
