I'm an active duty provider and am beginning to develop laryngeal dystonia (spastic dysphonia), a condition that runs in my family, characterized by voice changes such as hoarseness and a breathy voice. I have less than 2 years remaining active duty, and can probably function OK with some voice alterations, but it would be nice to seek some treatment on the military's dime. Would this possibly affect my status regarding maintaining credentials or being able to complete my commitment? Surely it wouldn't result in a med board? Thanks for any advice.

Your credentials in medicine? If so it shouldn't have anything to do with it, and they would not need board you for spastic dysphonia.

As long as you can practice, you can still be credentialed. You are an active duty provider and don't know this......?

Agreed. Not to be rude but this should be obvious to you. You can and most definitely should seek medical care from the military. And in no way should it affect your work.
In fact my current provider straight up sounds like a monotonous Kermit the Frog and all of us just have fun with (including him, not to deter you).
