Medical Internships on the Application

I have an internship at MSKCC in NY and I am trying to figure out where to place this on the AACOMAS application. Would I put this under work or extracurriculars? It is unfortunately, an unpaid internship, but I can not complain as it is one of the best cancer hospitals in the nation.

Work Experience or Extracurricular, Volunteer, Community Service?

If you are being paid than it goes under work. If you aren't being paid than it goes under extracurriculars
