Medical Management

SPAM! Someone please delete!

Why of course it's probably "spam", but since they didn't tell us how they were going to fix our broked practices, I thought I'd leave it and see what happens. This time of year, pedi forum is sooooo dead that maybe we can have some interesting posts on this topic.

Unfortunately, since I have no idea what the OP is talking about, I don't have much to add.

I would say that I like the management of my practice. You see, I'm not big on taking care of adolescents or adults and no one admits any adolescent or adult patients to our neonatology service. 👍

In any case, if the OP tells us about a product to fix our practices, then I can call it spam and call the spam clean-up crew.😉

Oh yes, and next time you think a post is spam that needs urgent deletion, don't hesitate to use the "Report post" button.

When was the last time you did a pelvic exam??

Is this forum's current 'deadness' seasonal??

My last pelvic was about the time I bought my first Macintosh....a just released 512K 😛.

Anytime soon this forum will explode with the endless and eternal question "Boston Children's or CHOP, where is the only place I can get decent training in pediatrics?"

The answer is definitely CHOP! No wait its Boston! Oh I just can't remember which one US News ranked higher:laugh:

I always prefer medical management to surgical intervention.

Hello everyone.

I have a quick question. How many of you are NOT satisfied with the medical management of your Practices?

Please share your stories.

I have always thought that my practice needed a jump start of sorts, and I have considered the use of medication to treat this. Unfortunately, I have no idea where in this clinic I would stick/poke/administer said medication.

I hear propofol is in this time of year...

I was going to manage my practice medically, but I'm really concerned that it might give it autism.
