Are there any real differences b/n the international and US versions of the Textbook of Medical Physiology by Guyton and Hall? The amazon seller claims that they are exactly the same page for page with the only difference being the front cover.

Phys is phys dude. If its in English, IM not sure what more you could need.

Thats what I was thinking. Im using it for a class and the professor advised that we use the latest 11th edition.

Truthfully, you dont need to have the latest edition of anything. I got every single textbook I used from the library and didnt spend a dime on text and I did well.
