You can’t base clinical treatment on vague online questions...ask the resident/attending on the case
Go to Marino or Marik (I personally recommend Marik) and read the chapter on evaluating fluid status and resuscitation. Thank me later.

There's a lot more that has to be factored in before one can provide an answer. For example, what's the fluid status of the patient? What is the etiology of the hypotension? Those are a few of many questions I would have.
