Are you an American or an international med student?

I tend not to use flashcards: never learned that way. If you used flashcards before, don't use them again. Try a different strategy.

Most importantly, find some motivation to learn. Don't just memorize things. Understand concepts.

Making 100% your own flashcards is basically impossible given the amount of information and time constraints. I'd ask your class if they have anki decks they'd be willing to share.
