I was looking at my Official Transcript from my Med School and was surprised that none of my grades or even Pass/Fail are mentioned on it, just that I attended each year. I am looking to transfer, but this is going to be an issue as it needs to be much more specific.

What is normally included on a med school transcript at your schools?

I go to a Canadian school, could this be something that happens only in Canada?

What is the problem here? You received grades for your courses but they aren't showing up on the document? It seems like perhaps that is standard in Canada? But certainly they can get the grades or pass/fail status and provide them to whomever needs to see them (your transfer schools)...

My medical school transcript looks exactly like a undergraduate transcript. You should take the issue up with your school.
