Medical School's view on Community College?

Your situation isn't ideal, but can be overcome. The use of CC credits has been covered by gonnif.
What upward trend are you predicting? Anyone can say the intend to get 4.0s but it isn't that likely, even less so if you had a slow start. Likewise, anyone can say they intend to get an above-average MCAT, but unsurprisingly half do not. Be wary of assuming excellent grades and tests scores that you haven't taken yet.
I cannot recommend any non-US medical school or any private school.
