Hi everyone, I'm an M1 at Loyola and I want to do research in EM this summer. Could someone give me some ideas for projects that I could work on? I am making some calls right now but would like to have some ideas when asked. What are you academic docs working on?

don't worry about thinking about a project. do whatever's available at your program.

i agree!! It is much easier and takes a lot less time to do a project that is already approved, resources established, etc. I have done several projects and the only ones you can finish in a timely manner are retrospective studies that are already in the works or planned. Trying to get approval from IRBs, etc. is not worth the time as a med student
