I think the current administration will likely be able to fund this with the Tariffs coming in. We can't lose physicians and the GOP knows we need more compensation. I expect Medicare reimbursement to tick up over the next 4 years before the gravy train ends depending on who comes in next....

Also,tariffs aren't going to the USgov, it's either passed to the consumer or the international business doesn't come to America
