So it's time for me to put in my order for my medstudent white coat but I have reached a dilemna. Do i go with the medium which would force me to keep in shape or do I go with a large and give myself some room to fill out. What do you guys think?
I'd go slightly larger, even if you stay trim, you'll have a little more flexibility in a bigger coat... medicine isn't all standing in the corner, you know.

You are going to need to be able to squeeze everything but the kitchen sink into the pockets on that coat. So go with the bigger size. How it fits you is less important than what you can fit into it.
ah, i'm worried now. i ordered my coat based on the sizing chart they provided and picked the one that should fit me based on bust size (yeah, that's the sizing conversion they provided for women). should i have ordered a bigger size?
