I did last year. I personally found them helpful because the question stems are similar in length to what's on the actual boards as opposed to PREP questions which have much longer stems. I also just liked being able to take the questions on a computer because I felt like that was more realistic when I wanted to do mock test blocks for myself. I passed the boards pretty easily.
