I may occasionally make somewhat subtle references to roles in writeups once the person is typed into the write up, but since the "actions" are planned before the "roles" are inserted, any big significance to who does what (besides dying) is coincidental....

....except when its not.

We don't get the role info. We get an extremely vague useless statement that is worthless to villagers. I'll say it until I'm blue in the face- the info we get is ONLY what group leaders share.so why haven't the group leaders shared the info? Probably the same reason FBI isn't sharing their info- no one knows who to trust. Why am I the only going to take the hit for not sharing info when no one else has either?! Jayzus people.

If the group leader sees its a wolf, I assume they would share. If the group leader is a wolf they would just hide the info. So it isn't like I'm the one covering up for a possible wolf. If I were a wolf it wouldn't help me to withhold the info, it would make me more suspicious. I would already know they were a villager but th info isn't detailed enough to help a wolf anyway.

Lynch me for something everyone else is doing, great. Good thinking villagers, and good set up wolves.

1. I haven't voted to lynch you yet.
2. I got the info last night and was given the meme name of the person who was investigated.
3. They have to give something role related. That's what I was told when I was the snitch.

This is very true. No one wants to give up the info to a wolf and other than explaining which meme the person is, nothing else is provided. I wouldn't vote to lynch based on that, but I'm still not sure about TRH.
 
Fine. unlynch TRH, lynch WS.. I don't have reasons, just a hunch. A wolf would probably share villager results, to engender trust. Or falsely report that someone is a villager when they're not. On the whole, though, openness favors villagers, and withholding info allows the wolves to spread misinformation and half truths without anyone being able to catch them at it.

It's a mystery to me why I haven't been either lynched or killed, and it must be because I'm playing poorly. So since my reasons haven't been working, I will go with the gut for this lynch vote.

Also are we still electing a memebase leader, or is that done.

I am just too busy to play this game right now, so I'm not going to cry if I get lynched.

I wasn't directing it at you personally, Lissa, just to the group in general as a defense for myself. They have to give something role related, yes, but that's where the rules stop. They can lie, too, as DocE clarified for me.

I agree with Packen in that EC probably wouldn't be the best choice for a convert, but assuming she did come back a villager to avenge Happy Cat, she didn't actually do the killing. LIS was lynched. Did she have a killing ability that would have killed LIS that night if he wasn't lynched?

I don't think WS is a wolf, btw. We PM'd a lot last night and I doubt a wolf would have been as forthcoming.

TRH's actions are fully explainable with the FBI stuff.

So I don't see any of the leaders being good choices. Anyone have any other ideas?

Oh well... I will say that of the meme group I trust Packen the most... not sure about the rest... I think sheeps is probably ok but he could have been converted after outing SnS... EC could have possibly been converted too since resurrections can be good conversions or come back as wolves... So... if we are going to avoid a wolf as leader... Of course I know I am not a wolf, but I think Packen is a safe choice as well.... those are my thoughts on leader....

As for who to lynch.... I have no clue, still thinking about that.
 
Not sure if I'll be back on before the deadline. No good info has really come out here so I'm going to follow meh leader.

Hasn't been around, either RNG'd or jumped on bandwagons, each time saying they're busy and will be on more later.

I'd think she's more suspicious than me, especially coming back from the dead with an already revealed role. You must have some pretty strong faith in her if you not only move to protect her from the lynch but also elect her as group leader- sounds like the perfect wolf in FBI/wolf as group leader situation.

I think you've convinced yourself that I'm a wolf no matter what. I've said all that I can say in defense of myself which you only let sway you enough to fall back on when I turn out to be a villager. You'll try to get me lynched until I am lynched and then (if you're a villager) you'll realize what a mistake you made and consequently led people into. If you're a wolf, my death helps you all out a lot more than leaving me alive, which I assume the wolves must know at this point as you let the bandwagon continue.

You ascribe more certainty to my actions than I actually have. I believe, whether right or wrong, that EC really was resurrected to avenge happy cat's death, and is not a converted wolf. I have no proof of this other than her word, and the fact get it seems reasonable for such a role to be in-convertible. So I'm far from 100% certain. However, I am MORE convinced of this than I am of anyone else's villager status at this point. So I don't want her lynched, and if that means I have to vote for you, as the most likely to gather more votes than her, I will. I'm not 100% certain of your status either way. But if you're not a wolf, you played into their hands by withholding valuable info about the FBI from your fellow group members, info that only a wolf could have gotten from another source than you.

It hasn't escaped my attention that wildcat is not nearly as bothered by this as I am. But for the moment , my goal is to keep EC from getting lynched, as the only person I'm fairly certain is a villager.

Why do you think this?

I agree that with the rest of what you are saying... but not sure how you came to that conclusion.... I do believe EC was resurrected as grumpy cat... beyond that I have no idea of her status.... only that I believe she probably did come back as grumpy cat.

Because, thinking as a mod, if the point of your resurrection is vengeance on whoever killed your linked role, then it follows that you should not be convertible to the group that did the killing. Whether or not she actually obtains vengeance herself is beside the point.

It's equally logical that if we had lynched happy cat, EC would come back as a wolf. But that's not what happened.

A third possibility is that, now that LIS is dead, she may be susceptible to conversion. But that's a lot of if-then contingencies for her to end up a wolf at this time, and it would be hard to establish a flipped-but-equivalent scenario if happy cat's death had occurred by lynching. So I think it's not part of the role.

I think the funny thing is that you are basing all of this on logic.... what seems right to you or me... is most definitely going to be warped in Doc's mind... I don't think we can determine anything on what we *think* would be part of a role by just using logic (I do agree with your logic, but I wouldn't be putting anywhere near as must trust as you are into it)... to me that is asking for trouble (especially in a game created by Doc... his only goal is to confuse the hell out of us).

There has been ZERO valuable info given to me. I have not gotten any info worth anything to villagers. I have not received info from my role in the FBI that would be of use to villagers. The info that the snitches have given to me has not been worth hiding or worth anything to a wolf, were I a wolf (which I maintain I am not). I have said this over and over and over again and you choose to ignore me. That's your decision.

If I'm going to be lynched, I take the first and last villager to vote to lynch me. It is part of my role. This will help the wolves, which I do not want to do. If you want to lose three villagers(me, the first and last to lynch me), carry on.
