I’m trying to figure out shirt to wear with dark navy blue suit. Had this shirt in mind but since it’s not pain I was wondering if it’s not good for interviews?

There’s nothing wrong with wearing a plain white shirt

I agree with white dress shirt. It is the safest option.

That shirt is gingham check and it would be too casual. Plain white is fine, but solid light blue is probably even better. A subtle blue stripe can also work.
