So for the supplemental fee, Mercer wants us to send them $25 in check or money order. They gave us their address, but that's about it. Shouldn't there be a form that we should attach the check to? I mean, how are they going to match the check to our application/Pharmcas ID, if there isn't something that accompanies the check with our information?
