I'm a pre-dent & usually never go out of that forum, but had a question for you MDs.

For those of you familiar with merkel cell carcinoma, how common is it to metastasize to the thyroid/throat/vocal cords?

Aggressive; regional nodal metastases are common; distant metastases to liver, lung, bones; also testis or other unusual sites.
