I just discovered this program and I really like the way the program is set up. There's a month of gen surg during intern year and a good part of the time is spend on gyn surg rotations.

Does anyone have any feedback about this program or about Cleveland in general?

Thanks!

I'm a fourth year med student at Case, and I did my third year rotation there. I'm also starting a two week MFM elective there on Monday. The faculty are amazing. You get access to the top-notch MFMs at Metro and the Urogyns and Gyn-oncs at the Cleveland Clinic. I've been really impressed with the residents (intellect, attitude, etc.), and I think it would be a great place to do residency.

Cleveland is a cheap place to live, and it has what you need. No, it's not a spectacular city, but being able to afford nice restaurants and a house would be a nice thing to have in residency. I don't know that I'll stay here for residency, but I'd be willing to.

If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.

fantastic training, wonderful residents, great teaching faculty. Hospitals are both nice too with EMR with EPIC. Cleveland itself not the most enticing city, but it is quite affordable, and some of the suburbs are great places to raise a family (if you have).

you may pm me with any specific questions. I know a lot about the program.
