Is it normal for people to do research work along with your MHA coursework. The mha curriculum is on the lines of an mba and you need to learn management skills. Then what is the requirement of research work.
-Why does the adcom expect us to say some research interest with some prof. to show interest in the respective school.
note: I have an mba and how do i convince the adcom that though i dont need the mgmt. fundas but i do need the knowledge of health care of usa and to work in the health sector.
Please help me figure out this logic/ link.

If you are wanting knowledge and to do some research in the health care field, the MHA is not really for you, especially since you already have an MBA. It would be redundant. Maybe you should look at an MPH program with a focus on Health Policy or the like.
