A college friend of mine is trying to convince me to do an MHA. She is currently in the middle of an MHA program and is convinced that it will help her get into an MD school. In fact, she believes that it will help her get into the MD school where she is doing her MHA. Although the same overall school, there is no overlap between the MD and MHA schools/departments in terms of professors, classes, curriculum, buildings used, etc. Any truth to her claim that the MHA at that school will help her get into MD school?

What do you want out of an MHA? That is the question, not whether it's going to get you in (it won't).
