Which do you guys think the costs and benefits are to each of these two schools? And which one would you go to and why?

Are you a resident of either of these schools? If you are, go to your state school, both schools rock.

I am not a resident of either states so I am having a hard time deciding. They are both about the same amount in tuition. Does anyone have any other feedback about comparisons between the two schools?
