I'm writing a paper about health care in 3rd world countries. I learned something in microbio once about how if you improve sanitation, the lethality of the bacteria go down because they wont be able to survive by killing and will need to be more mild. if sanitation is bad however, lethality is the best way to go. I dont know what its called and i wanted to read a little more about it. anyone have any more background or know a good website? also, does anyone know any good books for learning about 3rd world health care? the books i got from the library are from 1967 and population figures at that time are about 1/3 what they are now so i was looking for something up to date. thanks
