We only had one microbiology course, which happily, was pretty medical-focused. It was within my major (molecular & cellular bio) as a 300-level option for advanced hours. If you can take medical micro, I'd recommend it since the micro you'll take in pharmacy school is usually more medical.
P.S. If you make flashcards of organisms and what diseases they cause, do not throw them out!

Choose the Microbio that suited for science majors. I think we have a non-science option (I have no idea why it's there) but it's weaksauce compared to the regular "Intro to Microbio".
If you're in advanced, get the hell out of there. You're not ready lol.
