Does anyone know if any Canadian or American schools require a microbiology lab? I'm definitely taking the course, just not sure about the lab.

I don't know of any American medical school that requires a microbio lab. It's always just two semesters of biology with lab, sometimes a couple semesters of advanced biology, but never a specific course. Although it's a great idea to take it.
