Microbiology question on the DAT???

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I didn't have any microbio questions on mine. 👍

I took micro just now and I am taking DAt soon. While studying diversity I came across lots of micro but we went into detail in the class. This is just overview. Also the immune system was in micro all about T cells n B cells

yes, but in the detail of a micro class, just what you learned in your general bio classes

You might, but they probably won't be very detailed. Same goes for other topics like plants. I studied plants like crazy and got no plant questions at all. So is it possible? Yes. But don't stress about it. The biology section has to cover too much to really drill you in one area.

Any microbiology questions you may encounter on the DAT will not be very detailed as they will not be beyond the scope of your general biology class. You only need to take general biology, general chemistry, and organic chemistry, and I guess some pre-calculus class to see everything on the DAT. You don't need to take a microbiology class for the DAT. But anything that is covered in general biology is probably all fair game on the DAT.

Micro is a VERY broad topic. Just about anything talking about cells is technically Microbio. So yes, you'll definitely have Microbio questions - but nothing particularly hard.
