I just took the 2011 exam yesterday, and i must say i've never strained to read so much in my life [compounded with incredibly uncomfortable seating arrangements just makes it worse]. This exam was definitely better than the neuroscience shelf though. Loads better. Thumbs up to sporotrichosis [sp? idk].
