What are the differences??

They serve for different functions? Their sizes are different? Their building blocks are different?

Microfibril:: Made of actin and serve mainly in cell motility. They also make the cleavage furlow in cell division.
Intermediate:: Purely structural (exoskeleton)
Microtubule:: Made of tubulin and derived from MTOCs (basal body/centrioles). Used is cell replication

microfibrils are in cellulose, NOT part of the cytoskeleton.

Microfilaments: actin
Intermediate Filaments: structural support
Microtubules - flagella/cilia, centrioles/spindle fibers
