I submitted on June 3rd. I'm unsure if the interview waitlist is a good or bad sign, but we will see once they start sending out interviews.

means they're holding off on sending you an interview for the time being, you could hear back later in the cycle on whether or not you got one. Still pretty early, so I wouldn't stress too much about this atm.

Just received a deny decision today. So they are actively reviewing applications and if you see your statement change to interview waitlist that's a good thing

I submitted my app on June 7th with verification and paid and got confirmation my application was complete with supp on July 1st. So it seems they are reviewing applications that are finalized within 10 days
