Midwestern,AZ on hold status

Hi,

I called Midwestern,AZ for my status and they told me my application is on hold meaning that they cannot make a decision to invite me for an interview or not. Anybody had experience this before and is it most likely a rejection?

Sometimes it means they are waiting for more information, or other applications, or a GPA update if you are still taking classes. I was put on hold at several places until the grade update went through. Your app might be borderline. MWU interviews a lot of people (about 5 per spot), and they interview into the spring, so don't give up hope! It's not a rejection until you get the letter.
