Does anyone know the next MCV date? I know they just had one on the sixth. I completed my application on the 8th of Feb. and still hasn't heard anything from them, so I am a little bit worry. My stats: 3.7, 83%. Do you think I have a chance? No pharmacy experience.

Hey, if I got in then you certainly have a chance. The thing with Midwestern is that they go on a rolling admission basis. Once February, March, and April come around they become more picky. Apply as early as you can. You would get in with those stats if you had had some volunteer experience and completed your application in lets say in October/November. Try calling them or send them an email just so they know you care. Good luck :luck:

I was invited to the MCV's on this coming Monday or on the 27th. You definitely have a chance, I was kind of late finishing my application as well but still got an MCV with a 3.4 (with retakes factored in) and a 95% PCAT with a year and a half of tech experience. Best of luck.

I completed my application on February 8. It's more than a month already.

Cindy: When did you finish your application?

Have this ever happened to any of you? I submitted my Pharmcas application to the institution on October 22 but didn't completed the supplemental application until Feb. 8. I called the admission office this morning and they said the committee had reviewed my application on late February and decided to put my application on hold (they haven't make any decision yet). I have a GPA of 3.7 and a PCAT of 83% but have no experience in pharmacy field. I am really nervous and worry now since I don't know why they put my file on hold. I know some people with lower stats and still get in, so I don't know what they are looking for. What do you think of this situation? Is it because it took me so long to completed my application or because of my lack of experience?
