How did the interview go?

How did the interview go?
I think it went really well! Everybody was very nice and they seem to have a strong emphasis on selecting for good people and not just for top stats. They also emphasized their opportunities to get a lot of experience with endo which I really like.

I also really liked the other students in my interview group. They were all super nice and made the day relaxed and fun.

Awesome! How was interview questions?

And how did you prepare for them in advance?
I don't prepare for interviews. I know myself well and why I am applying. I am also comfortable just being honest an open about myself. If I can't just be myself it isn't the right place for me.

As far as questions they will give you some time at the beginning to tell them about yourself. They will also have a set list questions to see how you deal with conflicts, keep organized, and overcome adversity. It is closed file meaning your interviewers do not have any information on your application other than what you share in the interview.

Good Luck!
