Hello,

For Midwestern U-Illinois, in the ADEA Guide and no where online (to the best of my knowledge) do they list the in state/out of state acceptance numbers, like all the other schools do. Does anyone have knowledge on this school? I'm from California and wondering if I should apply here. Thanks!

Nevermind, just learned they aren't accredited yet. That makes the school cut down task a bit easier..

MWU-IL is a private school and it is OOS friendly w/ a large number of seats (125). Acceptance data may not be published yet because they only accepted 1 class thus far. From their website: The Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine - Illinois is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and has been granted the accreditation status of "initial accreditation."

the MWUs are selective (in general) from what i've heard. they put a big emphasis on the bcp

MWU Il and AZ are both awesome schools. They're very friendly for OOS students because both are private universities. I got accepted to MWU-AZ but chose to attend a different school, I really liked it there and both schools have a high percentage of acceptances post interview. Good luck!

Midwestern IS accredited. It's not fully accredited - it can't be until its first class graduates - but it's as accredited as it can be. It's a beautiful campus in a beautiful city and everything is state of the art there since it's brand new.
