I was taking post-bacc classes this semester. They are listed under future classes on my AMCAS application. I had also put in some classes for the spring semester under future classes. I have decided not to go back to school next semester and instead focus on some of my EC. I am going to send out an update letter soon to schools with my fall semester grades. Should I include in there that I am not going to take classes next semester or should I just wait to tell them if I get an interview? I know it says in the application instructions manual that you are not held to what you write under future classes, but I think mentioning that I am not going to school next semester as planned may just make me look bad unnecessarily. I am going to be working, not just lounging around for what it is worth (and I will of course mention that, if I choose to discuss my plans for next semester and not going to school in the letter). Thanks in advance.

OK, thanks for the reply. Anyone else have an opinion or any good ideas of things to include?
