Update Letter Advise

I have 2 new things not listed on my AMCAS. 1. Poster presentation
Would it be a good idea to include these two new items in an update post II and also would it be appropriate to also add a paragraph expressing my interest in the school at the end of the update letter?

Schools that accept post-interview updates usually like hearing about relevant new accomplishments, and both your poster presentation and TA experience show skills like leadership and public speaking that are great for a future in medicine.

And yeah, wrapping it up with a paragraph about why you’re excited about the school is a smart move. Just keep it personal and specific—mention something you genuinely admire about the program so it doesn’t come off as generic.
