How much does a Podiatry Attending make in the army, Air Force, navy, etc?

Found that thread about MD/DO specialties. But not for podiatry attendings.

A podiatrist attending in the military (any branch), makes salary based on their rank, here is a link to a military pay chart for the year 2013

As an officer you will generally be entitled to BAH (basic allowance for housing) and BAS (sustenance), which are both tax free . BAH is based of where you are stationed and can range from an extra 1000 per month to over 3000 per month in some overseas or very expensive areas. As an 0-3 you will make around 70k per year starting.. That will increase with rank and the length of time you have been in the service.
Unlike a DO or MD a podiatrist will not receive board certification, specialty, or any other "bonus" pay based on any other factors.

What do you pay for with your salary?

Cost of living?

yea: car, food, clothes ect.

In the short run I think military, initially without school loans you can be ahead finically. I think after the course of a career if you are making 200 - 250k, you are flying by the military route.

Of all the careers I searched, Podiatry is the only profession in the military that receives no bonus pay/incentives etc. Every other profession listed in SDN is paid more. I was told Podiatry is also very hard to advance rank in.
