Min. Number of Rec letters

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anybody knew off the top of their heads which schools in CA and TX require more than 2 letters. I know 3 is the standard, but I think I will only be able to get the following 2 letters:

1) engineering professor who has taught me for 2 quarters and did research with for 1 year
2) another science professor

I know Baylor requires 3, but most of the TMDSAS schools should be fine with only 2 right? Also which schools in California absolutely require 3?
