Alright, it was 6 months before I turned 21 and just so happens that the police came to the house for a noise complaint. Do I need to say more? Im 23 right now and have never had any other issues not even a speeding ticket. The only thing I can think of is getting a 'warning' for illegal tint on the windows of my car.

I know this has been brought up before but I was unable to find a post on it. Will this seriously hurt my application? I could have sworn that Ive heard of many, many students getting accepted with a minor in consumption or possession.

The whole ordeal slipped my mind and all of a sudden I thought of it and now it started to freak me out a bit. So everyone set me straight-

Well, it won't look good, but it's not that serious either. I would think that 95+% of the applicants have drunk underage before, so the drinking itself probably isn't much of a problem, but getting caught is kinda stupid though 😛 Either way, not a big deal, I don't think.

I thought this was one of those "should I major in x" threads and you were asking if you should minor in tuberculosis. I was about to say.. okay, Doc Holliday.

It's something you have to report but I think the biggest things that are red flags are character/ethical issues or serious substance abuse issues. Minors consume alcohol in college, I don't think it's going to hurt your app all that much.
