Minority Priority

Does anyone know of any schools that actually give preference to minorities? And what exactly is a minority? Do you get some kind of special notation on your driver's license or something? Seriously though... does anyone have any experience with this?

Serioulsy, though, OP, minorities do not necessarily get special treatment in the admissions process. You must be referring to underrepresented minorities in MEDICINE, or URM. Do a search; you'll come up plenty of opinions on URM, the admissions process, and affirmative action. Also, here: http://www.aamc.org/meded/urm/start.htm, and here: http://www.amsa.org/div/
